All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable.
If a session is cancelled by Van Hage, ticket holders will be offered places on an alternative session up to the value of the original tickets.
If this is not possible by Van Hage, a full refund will be given.
A refund will only be given on presentation of the original tickets within 28 days of the cancelled session.
It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.
Customers should arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of your session.
The length of each session is as outlined in the event details.
It is your responsibility to check your tickets; mistakes cannot always be rectified.
We will not be responsible for any tickets that are lost or stolen.
