Can I cancel or change a booking to a different time or date?

Unfortuantely not. Please note that as per our terms and conditions, we are unable to transfer event sessions or offer refunds for any reason - unless Van Hage cancel the session or event. Please ensure that you are confident in being able to fulfil your booking before completing the purchase of tickets.

Can I book over the phone?

it's much faster and easier to book your tickets online, we can accept bookings over the phone but only 7 days before the event.

Can I just turn up on the day?

Yes, however we recommend booking in advance to avoid disappointment. Our on the day sales desk is manned throughout each day to take bookings for upcoming events.

When should I arrive for my event?

We ask that all attendees arrive at least 20 minutes before the start of their event, however stress that we cannot be held responsible for customers arriving late and missing either part or all of their session.

Please note that at peak times our car park can become extremely busy and we ask that all attendees consider this factor when planning their journey.

Do you accept wheelchairs in events?
