I have booked online, what happens next?

You will receive an email confirmation with your unique barcode so when you arrive for your event you can present this confirmation (or print it if you'd like), we'll scan your ticket and allow you entry.

I haven't received my email confirmation?

Please check your spam/junk folder as our email may have made its way there. Not there? Please email our customer support team on web.service@vanhage.co.uk or alternatively you can call them 0800 111 4633

Can I change or cancel my booking?

All bookings are non-refundable and non-transferable. If a session is cancelled by Van Hage, ticket/booking holders will be offered places on an alternative session up to the value of the original booking. If this is not possible by Van Hage, a full refund will be given.

A refund will only be given on presentation of the original tickets/booking within 28 days of the cancelled session. It is your responsibility to ascertain whether an event has been cancelled and the date and time of any rearranged event.
