You can book your tickets online now or at the booking desk which will be open from 14th November 2019.
You will receive an email confirmation with your unique barcode so when you arrive you can head straight to Boot Hire where this barcode will be scanned. You can bring this email confirmation on your phone, tablet or as a printed copy.

All tickets are non-transferable and non-refundable. Please ensure you are booking the correct session and quantity before purchasing.
Every session is 45 minutes long and starts on the hour.
Please arrive at least 20 minutes prior to your session to allow for queuing and skate exchange. During busier periods, ie. weekends and the week leading up to Christmas, please arrive 30 minutes prior to your session.
Due to Health and Safety, skate aids are limited and subject to availability so we advise you pre-book these to avoid disappointment. We have penguins suitable for 1 child for £5 and bananas suitable for 2 children for £7.
Yes, skate hire is included
Our skates range from children’s size 8 through to adult’s size 15. We also have bob-skates which fit over the top of children’s shoes (up to size 12), subject to availability.
Yes you can bring your own skates, subject to a suitability check. Please note speed skates are not allowed.
We advise warm clothing including gloves and thick socks. We recommend no loose clothing ie scarfs as these can be a hazard.
No, personal belongings may be left with your shoes in skate hire but these are left at your own risk. Please note bags are not permitted on the ice.
Yes, around the ice rink there is space to watch and this is completely FREE! Alternatively our ice café is located next to the Ice Rink where you can watch the skaters from the warmth!
Yes, the ice café is located right next to the ice rink. Please note only food and drink purchased here is allowed and no food or drinks are permitted on the ice.
No, the nearest toilets are located just outside in the car park near the main entrance, we advise you use these before skating as you cannot leave the ice rink with ice skates on.
Yes, we would like everyone to give skating a try and be able to join in all the fun. Our ice marshals will be around to help you onto the ice with the wheelchair.
Yes, we are undercover so the ice rink operates in all weathers.
We advise that skaters should be 3 years and older to go onto the ice. If you take your child on at a younger age, this is entirely at your own risk. Please note all skaters will need to wear skates regardless of age.
We have 670.5 sq metres of ice which, based on the NSA regulations of 1 skater per square metres, allows a capacity of 223.5 skaters. However, for all sessions excluding the Parent & Toddler session, we have restricted the numbers to 200 skaters, ensuring a more comfortable skate. All Parent & Toddler sessions are capped to 150 skaters.
With the exception of guide dogs, dogs are not allowed in the ice rink or ice café.

Children 7 and under need to be accompanied by an adult, those 8 and above may skate on their own.
Yes! If you book online, there is an automatic group discount of 10% when 15 or more tickets are entered into the basket.
